Perth Symphonic Chorus presents the Australian Premiere of Invictus: A Passion in a concert featuring music for Easter Sunday.
James Pratt conducts the Perth Baroque Orchestra and choir, with soloists Sohpie Hamer and Jacob Correia. The program also features the cantata BWV 4 by J.S. Bach – Christ lag in Todes Banden. Howard Goodall’s choral music is well known and loved in Australia. Perth Symphonic Chorus is thrilled to be performing the first Australian performance of Invictus: A Passion.
